Returns and cancellation

Returns and Cancellation Policy

Policy summary

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Webnailed membership at any time. When cancellation is processed, your paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.

Digital membership access

Webnailed is a digital membership with immediate access to learning materials, workflows, project tools, private audit surfaces and member resources.

Fair refund review

Refund requests are reviewed fairly, especially for duplicate charges, accidental renewal, unauthorized-payment evidence, material platform failure, or legally required consumer-rights situations.

No outcome guarantee

Webnailed teaches practical website-building skill and provides structured feedback. It does not guarantee income, clients, business results, rankings, or a finished done-for-you website.

Refunds

When refunds may be approved

Refunds may be considered for

  • Duplicate charge or clear billing error.
  • Accidental renewal reported promptly after the renewal charge.
  • Unauthorized payment evidence that can be verified through Stripe and account records.
  • Material Webnailed platform failure that prevents paid access and cannot be resolved in a reasonable support window.
  • A statutory withdrawal or refund right that applies under consumer law.
  • A goodwill case where Webnailed decides that refunding is the fair outcome.

Normally not refunded

  • A change of mind after substantial use of gated member materials, workflows, drops, project tools or private audit capacity.
  • Unused time in a billing period after cancellation, unless required by law or approved as a goodwill exception.
  • Unused monthly audit allowance. Audit allowance is intended for the active month and does not roll over.
  • Lack of business, income, client or ranking results, because those outcomes are not promised by Webnailed.
  • Requests based on a misunderstanding that Webnailed is a done-for-you website-building service.

Cancellation

How cancellation works

Cancellation steps

  1. 1Open your Webnailed account and go to billing once paid billing is active.
  2. 2Use the customer billing portal to cancel the subscription.
  3. 3Keep the confirmation receipt for your records.
  4. 4If the billing portal is unavailable, use the support route in your account so Webnailed can handle the cancellation manually.

Consumer rights

Withdrawal rights and digital access

Important consumer-rights terms

If you are a consumer in Poland or the European Union, you may have statutory rights that cannot be limited by this policy.
For digital content or digital services that start immediately, the checkout flow may ask for explicit consent to immediate access and acknowledgement of the effect on withdrawal rights.
If that consent, acknowledgement, confirmation or another required step is not properly handled, your statutory rights may still apply.
This policy should be read together with the Webnailed Terms and Privacy Policy when those are active.

Billing support

Failed payments, disputes and access state

Failed payment

If a recurring payment fails, Webnailed may pause access until the subscription is active again. The exact retry and grace behavior depends on Stripe billing settings.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you start a chargeback or payment dispute, Webnailed may provide account, billing and access evidence to the payment processor. Contact support first when possible.

Access after cancellation

After cancellation, member access normally remains available until the end of the paid period. At the end of that period, paid areas may become unavailable.
